The School of Pharmacy welcomes applications from qualified potential graduate students in all of our research areas.
Please view the web pages of individual professors for more information about their research programs, and available graduate positions. We stress that applications are unlikely to be successful in the absence of favourable response from potential supervisors. Thesis projects are usually tightly linked to the faculty research programs that are dependent on funding from external grants.

Foldvari Lab

Postdoctoral position — X-ray diffraction/scattering
A postdoctoral position is currently available in a stimulating research environment to investigate the structural properties of gene and protein delivery systems.

Projects involve the investigation of non-viral gene delivery systems, nanoparticles, model lipid membranes, and protein solutions by small- and wide-angle X-ray scattering and other X-ray diffraction methods.

Experience in SAXS and WAXS methods and their application to soft materials, as well as data processing and analysis methods, is required.
